Tiffany Warren currently serves as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Sony Music Group. Her dedication to creating a legacy of inclusion shines through as she  expands equity and inclusion initiatives across all Sony’s publishing and corporate divisions.

Before joining Sony, Tiffany made her mark as the Chief Diversity Officer at Omnicom Group. There, she steered the company towards becoming a benchmark for sustainable diversity and inclusion, expertly aligning this essential practice with business objectives.

Tiffany’s 24-year journey advocating for diversity in creative industries led her to establish ADCOLOR in 2005. As its president, she has made a significant impact through the ADCOLOR Conference, Awards, and FUTURES program, playing a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Alongside her work at Sony Music Group and ADCOLOR, Tiffany lends her expertise to various boards such as the Ad Council, GLAAD, Brotherhood|Sister Sol, American Advertising Federation, MAKERS, and The Ghetto Film School. She also serves as a Trustee of Bentley University.

Throughout her impressive career, Tiffany has received numerous awards and honors, including Advertising Age Woman to Watch, AAF District 2 “Role Model” Diversity Achievement Award, and 2021 Billboard Change Agent, among others.

Raised in Boston as the eldest of ten, Tiffany is a proud graduate of The Winsor School and Bentley University. Her warmth and dedication helps others to succeed as she personally guides over 100 professionals, inspiring them to reach their full potential and fostering a lasting legacy of inclusion.
