2021
After a successful partnership agreement with LinkedIn learning was fostered, Nancy relocated the company to Ireland. Following a successful investment raise, the Irish team was tasked with building out the online platform and expanding the corporate network.
2018
Founded in New York in 2018, genconnectU was built with the purpose of empowering women in order to rebalance the gender imbalance within the workforce. genconnectU quickly gained traction and it’s library of female-led experts grew rapidly
2002
Creative Event Marketing was rebranded CrossMedia, as a division of Golin/Harris International. As Executive Vice President of CrossMedia, Nancy managed the group that provided integrated communication solutions to clients such as; The Olympics, Coca Cola, MasterCard, Johnson & Johnson, Turner/Time Warner, Xerox, Toyota and Nike.
2000
In 2000, Nancy Spears CEO and founder of genconnectU sold her successful marketing company ‘Creative Event Marketing’ to Interpublic group.
